Attachments General Information

Most likely, you will already have much-loved items that are suitable for attaching to a sensory lap pad.  However, for those in need of something new, or for someone looking to buy a gift,  I have tried to source attachments that appeal to the senses, that will act as learning aids and help to develop your child's sensory awareness  Some children prefer to look at things and  therefore, need items with visual appeal.  I have marked visually appealing attachments with a 'V'.  Other children like to touch objects that have a distinctive feel.  These children require tactile objects and I have marked suitable items with a 'T'.
